For more than two decades, CAROLINA FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS, Inc., a federally qualified health center (FQHC), has built patient-focused community health centers and developed a broad scope of healthcare services. Primary medical care, integrated behavioral health, pharmacy and dental services are offered in four locations in Edgecombe, Nash and Wilson counties.
