This family owned and operated business has held an upstanding reputation since 1989. Ann Hollandsworth, the originator of the restaurant, has passed down her legacy to her grandson, a master chef, who has owned the eatery since 2002. The staff is dedicated to serving its patrons five star dishes with top notch service and maintaining a friendly, familiar environment. The comfort food of Ann's stems from nostalgic recipes created for a menu based around real country cooking. Amidst the 1950's playlist sits cherry red booths and original wooden dining chairs, ready to accommodate a volume of 58 guests. Upon the entrance of the building hangs a special board, ever-changing and displaying delectable entrees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The most popular dishes consist of Hamburger Steak, Prime Rib, and our best selling Surf and Turf Special- Hawaiian Chicken and Firecracker Shrimp. All of the above are always a second course to our signature Fried Green Tomato appetizer, lightly battered and served with sliced mozzarella, baby arugula, a balsamic drizzle, and Awesome sauce. The bread pudding dessert is specifically sought after by tables with a 2 hours commute.
