Welcome to Adult Learning Systems-U.P. founded in October 1998, we are a non-profit company that provides services to persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and behavioral and medical challenges. Our mission is to assist persons with special needs to live and work as independently as possible within their community. Toward this goal, ALS-UP offers several quality support services, of which you may become apart of. You can make a difference in the lives of the people we serve. You can make a differnce in promoting community integration and human rights for all persons living in our society.
