John Turner Consulting, Inc. (JTC) is a multi-discipline consulting firm founded in 1997, providing geotechnical engineering and consulting, environmental consulting, special inspections, utility inspections, highway inspections, materials testing, and structural and infrared evaluations. We have grown to a staff of over 110 professionals providing services throughout New England and the state of New York.

Our company’s mission is to provide outstanding service, to contribute to our clients’ success, and to exceed expectations. We are committed to quality, efficient service, and meeting customer requirements.

JTC maintains a team of over 110 professionals including project managers, construction managers/resident engineers, geotechnical and environmental engineers, HMA paving consultants and inspectors, special inspectors, materials testing technicians and specialty technicians (infrared, floor flatness, structural investigations, etc.). We promote the professional growth of our employees by encouraging and stressing the importance for each of them to maintain membership and attend professional organizations.

Our staff are members of Plan NH, NECCERAPPA, MEREDA, SMPS, AIA-NH, and Structural Engineers of New Hampshire, as well as NETTCP, ASCE, CCRL/AMRL, and AASHTO.
