Vacation and Time Off
ICL knows that in order for employees to do their best work, they need time to relax and recharge. Full-time employees can earn up to 4-weeks paid vacation per year in additional to paid personal/sick time. ICL utilizes a 5-day workweek and is closed on Sundays.

ICL offers several wellness benefits for employees including 67% coverage of the cost of medical insurance. Additionally, ICL provides a Health Reimbursement Account for all plan participants to help defray the cost of employee deductibles.
Our Culture
The average tenure for an ICL employee is more than 5 years. ICL participates in the Great Game of Business and Open Book Management. Each week, a company-wide huddle is held to discuss the current month’s projected results. The purpose of this weekly huddle is to provide financial transparency for all employees and have everyone feel informed and included in the Company they co-own.
