Moyle Petroleum Company is a family owned business that was started in January 1957, by Gilbert D. Moyle. Mr. Moyle initially operated the business as a wholesaler and retailer of gasoline, diesel fuel, tires, batteries and accessories in western South Dakota. In the early 1980's, Moyle Petroleum Company seized the opportunity to enter the convenience store market place by converting the majority of its service stations to convenience stores. The Company’s stores are operated under the business name "Common Cents".Moyle Petroleum Company expanded its operations to include convenience stores in, Nebraska, Utah and Wyoming.
