The Blowout Bar

In 2010, we (sisters, Kristin and Kailen) traveled to New York City for a weekend of fun. It was a tradition of ours and our mom’s to seek out a hair salon and get our hair blown out on our first day. It saved us hours of getting ready the rest of our trip and even more important, it gave us a look we were never able to accomplish on our own. That trip, we found a place that focused on blowouts only. It’s all they did; no cutting or coloring, just styling and finishing. We stopped in, got an appointment right away, and were out the door 45 minutes later. We fell in love with this place and our hair. When we got back to Columbus, we were on a hunt for that same experience. Something quick and easy but still really great quality. We bounced around from salon to salon and couldn’t find that same attention to detail and affordability. After a couple years of research, we decided we would be the ones that would bring the experience we loved so much to the women of Columbus.
