The Ask Italian Apprenticeship programme is a year long development plan that is open to all Team Members, both Front of House and Chefs, who are looking to climb that first rung of the management ladder and become future leaders in our business.
You start out as a restaurant Team Member (on our normal rate of pay) and receive pay rises and promotions along the journey.
We will help you to develop your knowledge, skills & behaviours to grow your career and graduate as either a Sous Chef or Assistant Manager and ensure you have all the skills you need to embark on your management career.
You will have our full support as you commit to a bespoke learning plan, built by our training partners at Hit Training. This includes workshops, interactive workbooks, and 1:1 coaching.
On graduating the programme, you will receive a Nationally Recognised Level 3 Apprenticeship certificate in either the Hospitality Supervisor or Senior Production Chef.
