MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
At the Lizard, we are committed to having an employee focused environment that people get excited about because their input is valued, their ideas are implemented, growth opportunities earned and success rewarded.
Our managers are true professionals and play an intricate role in making the Lizard 'Wink.' Assistant Managers are ultimately responsible for all FOH functions of the restaurant. Assistant Kitchen Managers are responsible for all BOH operations. Managers are scheduled to work a five-day, 50 hour work week to include opening, mid, and closing shifts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing leadership, support, and continued development to our restaurant teams, guests, community relations, financial performance, and the execution of Lizards systems.
