About YoloCares
As the first established independent hospice in the Sacramento Valley, YoloCares has the longest regional track record as experts in caring for people who have a life-limiting illness. We are a non-profit, community-based hospice. We were founded in 1979 by a group of local volunteers who wanted to offer a different kind of care to their community. That spirit is still at the heart of YoloCares today.

We provide comfort and restore peace to the lives of our patients. We focus on easing pain, controlling symptoms and reducing the effects of illness so you can focus on living. We also know that every individual has unique needs, wishes and hopes. Your goals become our goals. We'll shape our care to honor and support what matters to you most. Together, we'll help you regain control and feel empowered. Each day is about your choice to live fully.
Our Philosophy
We respect the dignity of the individual—including patients, their loved ones, and our employees. We recognize the contribution of every employee and the importance of their own success, the success of the hospice team, and most importantly, to our patients, their loved ones, and our communities. We work hard to set fair work expectations and to communicate them clearly. We want our employees to succeed while working in a healthy work environment.
