Ecotone celebrates its employees with a robust calendar of fun events from paint night, bingo night, outdoor family movies on the lawn with firepit and s'mores, a kayak poker run sponsored, Rita's water ice day delivered to field crews and served cold in the office kitchen, happy hours, badminton in the back yard, a chili cook-off and a holiday party at a preferred local restaurant. The culture at Ecotone is fun with a popcorn machine, friendly dogs in the office, a hover board to ride, a chess board set up ready for a game... Collaboration is celebrated and encouraged. This is an exceptional place to work!

By visiting completed sites, the women of Ecotone were able to understand which each person does to get the end product accomplished. Great ideas were shared, so much was learned, and a day outside was much appreciated by all. Ecotone had a fun day learning how to shoot clays at one of our completed restoration sites. We had a catered picnic, enjoyed hiking around the restoration sites to learn about the history of the project. We learned who was part of the project and what role each person played in the finished product. Monetary awards were presented to the best photos taken of project sites. These winning photographs were blown up and are still hanging in the office to applaud the efforts of each employee who had a part in each project.

At Ecotone, we welcome well-behaved dogs in our office. At any given time, you can hear the four-legged foot falls of a furry friend wandering by to say hello. These dogs spread cheer and bring the humans together. This photo is of Ghengis, a Great Dane puppy who is usually awkwardly running around or snuggling with the employees here.
