Cardinal of Minnesota

Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. was founded in 1995 and specializes in providing residential and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) and related conditions, mental illness (MI), and brain injuries (BI) via two primary services; Long-term residential living and In-Home support services. Cardinal operates 40 residential homes in Minnesota, serving 240 clients and is comprised of a workforce of 350 employees. Cardinal operates in the following communities; Rochester, Winona, Austin, Red Wing, Spring Valley, Harmony and Bemidji.

Cardinal has been recognized as a top workplace in Minnesota since 2007 and
was a 2013 and 2015 Minnesota Performance Excellence Award Receipt for their quality
achievements. Cardinal has also been recognized as a top workplace in Minnesota in 2016 and 2017
