We manage small, boutique-style CCRCs that offer independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term care. Some of our communities also offer memory care. Our communities are currently five-star rated* on Medicare.Gov. We have high staffing to resident ratios and pride ourselves on high-quality resident care.

Competitive Wages
We use multiple sources for our compensation information, making adjustments throughout the year as necessary to stay competitive in our industry. We offer shift differentials, double-time pay when a holiday is worked, and paid meal breaks on the overnight shifts.
