CES Consulting is located in Dulles, Virginia and is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) firm providing Construction Management, Construction Inspection, Utilities Management, Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) services for Design Build Projects, Claims Services, and Project Controls Services for leading engineering consultants, governmental agencies and contractors.
The company organization is based on core service areas which are headed by Principals who bring leadership and expertise to their respective service area. The key staff is rich in talent, experience and certifications ranging from Professional Engineering (PE) license, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), WACEL, IMSA Traffic Signal and NACE.
