About Bread Alone
Bread Alone is a family-owned, values-driven bakery. We have been baking with organic grains since our first loaf in 1983, and we continue to do so today.
Our purpose is to serve honest food, create prosperity for our people, and minimize further harm to the planet.
We aspire to set an example, to reach more people with our actions than we can feed with our foods. We are humble but ambitious. 37 years in, we believe that we are just getting started.

We Offer
Company-Wide, Quarterly Bonus: All full-time employees are included in our quarterly bonus program. As you spend more time with us you earn a bigger share of our bonus pool. As our business succeeds so too will you.
Annual Review: Every year you will receive feedback on your professional development and will be eligible for a raise.
401k: Employer match of up to 4% after 6 months
Paid Time Off: We respect work-life balance. 8 hours PTO accrued every 3 months. 1st 3 years with us: 32 hours at year 1, 64 hours at year 2, 96 hours at year 3!
Wellness Time: 56 hours for full time and 16 hours for part time after 30 days. Unused time paid out at the end of year!
CDPHP Health Insurance: Healthcare available through CDPHP.
Educational Assistance: up to $2,000 annually
Holiday Pay: 5 holidays paid at 1.5x hourly rate (overtime rate)

Bread Alone makes bread using traditional methods of natural sourdoughs and slow, long fermentation. We believe that this process creates deeply flavorful and healthy breads. We also believe that this process requires skilled bakers and skilled hands.
Our bakery has grown and evolved since we opened in 1983. Our bakery has modern equipment that allows us to make more bread available to the world. We use our 30 years of experience to continue evolving and making more honest, organic breads.
