MobilityPLUS Rehabilitation is a private practice that was started in 2004 with a goal of providing high quality physical and occupational therapy to the region. We are locally owned and operated by therapists who live in our community.
Our Mission is to provide exceptional physical and occupational therapy by highly skilled therapists to minimize pain and maximize mobility that quickly allows you to live the quality of life you desire. Our therapists will educate you on your condition, review treatment options, and create an effective treatment plan to solve your impairments based on your unique situation and needs.

As part of our commitment to our community, we support our local high school and college athletes, on their road to recovery and returning to their sports.
Our Lisbon, ND ClinicOur clinic in Lisbon, ND is located along Main Street. We provide Physical and Occupational Therapy services for all ages at this clinic. We specialize in orthopedic, neurological, and ergonomic services to our community members.
Gwinner, NDAlong with providing therapy services at our Gwinner, ND clinic location, we also provide a 24 hour fitness center to the community. The equipment is utilized for therapy as well as for health and wellbeing of the community. Gwinner, ND has a golf course, park board that provides a community pool and multiple public parks, Bobcat of Gwinner manufacturing plant, and North Sargent school.
