GBC's internship program provides first-hand experience for particpants to work in areas of the bank in order of how the bank functions, from vision and strategy to execution and support. All while understanding how each area contributes to the success of GBC and to the success of other areas. Tasks and take-aways will be given as interns learn and contribute. Throughout the process, interns will have a mentor to guide and encourage them as well as a key contact in each area. At the end of the internship, having rotated through multiple areas of the bank, participants in the program will complete a capstone project, integrating take-aways from each area. Examples of the capstone include solving a problem, reaching a customer base, completing a business plan for a branch, etc.
