Tony Heinl
REPACORP President

An Overview of REPACORP Inc. - Taking you from the start in 1974

In 1974, REPACORP is founded by Jim and Pat Adams. Just four (4) years later in 1978, Rick Heinl is hired as a salesperson with company sales at approximately $180,000 per year. In 1988, Rick Heinl becomes 50% owner of REPACORP and Tony Heinl is hired as an Account Representative. Rick Heinl buys out Jim Adams for sole ownership of REPACORP in 1990 and becomes the CEO/Owner of REPACORP. Rick Heinl promotes Tony Heinl to Vice President of REPACORP in 1992. In 1997, REPACORP moves into new facility in Tipp City, Ohio, which still serves as the corporate offices of REPACORP. Building REPACORP into a much larger organization, REPACORP purchases OEI plant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1999 and in 2002 purchases Sierra Screen Printing in Phoenix, Arizona. To advance REPACORP in the printing business, the first RFID press was built in 2005. In 2008, REPACORP expands again into digital printing. Tony Heinl takes the realm of President for REPACORP in 2012. Major renovations came in 2016, with additional square footage added to the Tipp City, Ohio location. This would bring the corporate office facility to a total of 125,000 square feet under roof. Through all of the expansions that this organization has seen since Rick Heinl took ownership in 1990, REPACORP will continue to invest in OUR future.
