EMSI is a private company that opened its doors in 1974, performing paramedical exams. Over 40 years later, EMSI has grown into a leading national provider of both medical information and risk management services for thousands of clients in multiple lines of business.

Our company is divided into two business units, with each focused on delivering fully integrated solutions to the markets we serve.

EMSI is headquartered in Irving, Texas. Additional corporate offices are located in Waco and Jacksonville.
