We are a company that provides a home-like setting for the care of developmentally disables, aged, adults with traumatic brain injuries, mentally ill and Alzheimer's. Our goal is for the residents to become as self-sufficient as possible. We aim to meet their needs in a dignified and humane manner. We hire employees that are to act as role models for the residents. Our employees are to present themselves as professionals and dressing appropriately is very important. Garments of employees must cover the body. Short Shorts and halters are unacceptable. In addition, cleanliness and personal hygiene is expected. The staff are to report to work in clean clothing and on time for their shift.
