Our Furnace Technicians are responsible for hardening metals through heat treating in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. We will provide the standards and guidelines, while working with you to ensure heat treated materials meet our customers’ expectations.

CONGRATULATIONS to Gary on his recent retirement!! At his retirement celebration, we recognized his accomplishments and expressed our gratitude for the great team member he is. Gary first started with Modern in the 1980’s and became a leader in our Heat Treating Division. He left the company for a time and was welcomed back in 2009 onto our Sales Team, serving a combined total of over 25 years!! Even though his primary role was technical sales and support, he was so loved by our customers that they sent him gifts.
