Valley Health Care is a small Family Practice located in Rome, Georgia. As a close-knit staff, we recognize the powerful influence of the family and work situation on an individual's health and strive to be sensitive to everyone's needs. Valley Health Care emphasizes preventive health including healthy lifestyles, cancer screening tests and the patient's responsibility for their own health. Dr. Anne White MD, MS, FAAFP has 30 years in the medical profession and, with multiple degrees, she is a highly educated expert in her field and very dedicated to the care and needs of her patients. Dr. Anne is board certified in Family Practice. Molly Tant, ANP-C worked as a Registered Nurse for six years in Critical Care and ICU. She provided nursing care to patients with cardiac and respiratory health problems in the critical care units. Her Master's degree level nurse practitioner preparation included extensive training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions. She has been an integral part of the medical team at VHC since 2009 and can provide much of the same care provided by Dr. Anne. She is a true blessing to her patients, the practice & Dr. Anne!

Valley Health Care was the ONLY private practice in Rome, GA to be awarded the "Patient Centered Medical Home" designation the first year it was awarded! We are active in the Compass Independent Physicians Assn [www.compassipa.com] as well as a member of Live Oak Care [www.liveoakcare.com]. Both these entities exist to help independent practices like ours stay in practice and handle the business aspect of medicine so we can concentrate more on serving our patients.
