About Answerplus
Answerplus has been in the business of helping people since 1961. Since then, our company has expanded from one office in Hamilton, ON to four offices, located in Hamilton, ON, Toronto, ON, Montreal, QC and Edmonton, AB. We employ approximately 350 staff across all sites.
We are a 24/7 inbound call centre that specializes in live virtual reception and urgent response. Our customer service representatives (CSRs) make days and change lives, one call at a time. We take pride in our unique and award-winning approach to customer service.
