About PRD Management
We take pride in creating beautiful award-winning housing communities. We work with property owners to improve communities while ensuring the property is a solid investment and a wonderful place to live and work.
Since 2019, we have made significant and meaningful investments to bring training, technology and tools to our property teams. We give each team autonomy as the resources to create and sustain results.
We do not require a college degree for most positions.
We are supportive employers, and we will help you explore schedule flexibility and/or location flexibility solutions, to help you balance between personal and professional goals.

The job of evolving a company continued through the pandemic when we helped staff get early access to vaccine events and experimented with new tools, workplace norms and supportive programming.

PRD began managing Eggerts Crossing Village in early 2009 and helped to re-establish and revive the original vision that founder and trailblazer, Fred Vereen, Jr., called "The Village".
This project is a HUD multi-family property with 100 units of varied sizes, set in a lush village-style complex in the Lawrence Township, NJ in Mercer County.
In 2021, the Awesome team at Eggerts Crossing Village was honored with the "National Exemplary Family Development" award from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
