We believe in employing PCW’s that are not just interested in being a good caregiver, but becoming a part of a team that believes in winning. To create a winning environment we uniquely developed the PCW 1,2,3 program. It gives each caregiver control over pay, status and hours worked. Not to mention that we felt it was important to offer our employees a benefit package that consists of a 401K, basic health coverage, a dental plan, disability plans and life insurance.
Helping Hands Caregivers Personal Care Workers perform personal or supportive care activities to our customers in the comfort of the client/patient own home. Caregivers assist Clients by providing a physical, social, and psychological environment which will allow the client/patient to achieve the highest level of independence and safety in their own environment.
