Established in 1976, Flare Construction, Inc. started with a small construction crew of roustabouts serving the oil and gas markets in southwest Wyoming. Today it is a full-service contractor providing heavy, civil, industrial, and energy construction and maintenance services as well as environmental and reclamation services for customers primarily in Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Nevada.
