Training at VHV
Start earnings wages as an apprentice while enrolled into one of our registered apprenticeship programs. Gain hands-on experience while working full time. Obtain additional knowledge by attending trade-specific classes two nights per week. Apprentices are mentored by an experienced designated VHV journeyman to assist in the successful completion of the apprenticeship program. In house we teach Sheet Metal and HVAC apprentice programs through NCCER, we are an accredited training center. NCCER is National Center for Construction Education and research.

VHV offers interested employees leadership and supervisory training, including fundamentals of crew leadership, project & site supervision training, and hydroponic systems fundamentals training courses.
