401(k) Plan
PREMIER offers a highly competitive 401(k) plan for employees that work 20+ hours per week. Employees become eligible on the first of the month after four months of consecutive work. Eligible employees are immediately 100% vested and PREMIER matches dollar-for-dollar up to 5% of total compensation.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
A balance between work and personal time is important to keep people happy, healthy and energized. That's why PREMIER offers a competitive time off package for both our full- and part-time associates who work a minimum of 20 hours per week. This includes paid vacation time, floating holidays, perfect attendance hours and United Way hours for those who meet the criteria. Employees are awarded sick and holiday hours separately from Paid Time Off.
Career Advancement Opportunities
At PREMIER, we promote from within and provide our employees with very clear and obtainable career paths. In some cases, an employee may be eligible to move up two positions in a single year. Managers and supervisors regularly meet with team members to answer questions, coach and provide career pathing guidance.
Paid Volunteer Hours
