We are a best-in-class full service boatyard and marina located in the village of Padanaram, South Dartmouth, MA.
Following an extensive, $3M facility renovation, South Wharf specializes in the hauling, servicing and storing of 25'-60’ vessels with dockage accommodating vessels up to 140’. We are an authorized service center for Yamaha, Volvo, Cummins, and Yanmar in addition to RayMarine, Garmin SIMRAD, Navico and B&G. Our 100 slip marina and boatyard is designated a Clean Marina facility and has on-site amenities including a full service restaurant, a leading New England Power & Sail boat dealership, other retailers, a full Service Sail Loft and the local Sea Tow operation.

Nestled along the Dartmouth waterfront is the beautiful village of Padanaram. The quaint elegance and charm of historic Padanaram can be seen in the grand homes that look out over the harbor, as well as along the quiet streets that meander along the waterfront beckoning of earlier, simpler times. Founded in 1832, South Wharf has played an important role in the marine community from the construction of whaling ships to the servicing of private yachts. The tradition of fine reliable service continues in the maintenance and repair of today's modern, sophisticated yachts. The yard is centrally located in New England's most cherished cruising grounds, Newport, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and the Elizabeth Islands are within immediate reach (we are located just 6 nautical miles across from Cuttyhunk Island).
