Potomac Hospital

Potomac Hospital Corporation of Prince William, which operates as Sentara Potomac Hospital and has approximately 180 beds, provides a variety of medical, surgical, and therapeutic services in northern Virginia. Specialized services include cancer treatment, emergency medicine, obstetrics, and surgery. It also offers health education programs. The hospital opened its doors in 1972 with 29 beds. The facility began operating as Sentara Potomac Hospital when it became part of the Sentara Healthcare network in 2009.
