In February, BSI Management solicited how employees feel about working at BSI, and conducted a workplace survey through WorkplaceDynamics LLC, an independent research company. BSI asked employees to tell us what was going well and what areas we needed to continue working on to improve the culture, environment and job satisfaction of our employees.  While there are always areas of improvement, BSI scored above the median in all categories.
