Our Philosophy
It is our belief that all individuals, no matter what their disability, can be successful living in the communities of their choice while they continue to pursue their goals and dreams. We also believe that an individual diagnosed with a disability has the right to enrich their life with experiences and enjoyment while living an independent productive life.
SLG's Cultural Code
1. We are committed to the ideals of participant-centered programming.

2. We are fixated by our program participants, not our competitors.

3. We strive to continually go above and beyond expectation.

4. We believe in the importance and the value of teamwork.

5. We invest in our staff, in our programs, and most importantly in the success of those we support.
