They are self-storage experts and are trained and experienced in sales, customer service, property maintenance, and marketing. Storage Asset Management is proud to have over 800 employees at the store, regional and corporate office level. The Storage Asset Management team came together as part of Investment Real Estate Management. In 2010, Storage Asset Management, Inc. was formed, separating the third party self storage property management operations from the Brokerage and Construction divisions of Investment Real Estate, LLC. SAM currently manages over 500 self storage properties throughout the United States, as well as several rental truck dealerships and The UPS Store franchises inside self storage offices. SAM also provides training, consulting and marketing services for self storage investors across the country.
